I have a page with a looper (https://www.hacin.com/wid/work/) the client wants the name of the post (post type = portfolio) to show up when they roll over the featured image - how do I make that happen. Please note, I am not using the portfolio theme on the page because I need to add additional information to the page. I have the theme no container header and footer applied to the page and I am using loopers. I am providing credentials in the secure area and this is a new build site so you can make changes. However, I need to know how to do this.

If you are trying to show the post title in a overlay, while hovering the featured image, that required customization and beyond the scope of theme support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered. If that is not the case and you are trying to show the post title just as a Tooltip, that can be done by adding the custom attribute* title and set the value dc:post:title to show.
