Looper Provider in Header Layout

Hey all,
I have an ACF image being pulled in for a logo in the header

The problem is, I can see it when I am in Cornerstone, but on the front end it is not visible?
I had done some googling and can’t seem to see why. I had tried to use a Looper Provider but this is not available in the Layout? Is this correct? I can set a Consumer on the image itself, but no Provider anywhere
