On my site https://pitkinrivers.wpenginepowered.com/, I’m trying to get the menu to populate with a custom post type Projects, under the project Nav item. How can I get that menu item only to populate with posts from the CPT?I know how to manually build the menu, but I can’t figure out how to only have that specific dropdown with the posts via looper.

Also, on the individual projects such as this one - https://pitkinrivers.wpenginepowered.com/project/robinson-ditch/, how can I get the text below the image (which is a looper pulling from Post Title currently) to pull the Featured image Title to populate that field?

1.) Please note: Menus are created manually under Appearance > Menus. You will need to add each menu item yourself, as WordPress cannot automatically populate menu items. You can check out this WordPress Guide: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide
If you want to insert them automatically, you may need to create a custom menu. Check out this YouTube video if this may help you:

2.) To display the Image title, you can use this dynamic content:
