We have a client site that is displaying posts of a custom post type via a looper on a row, with the column as the consumer (6 posts/columns in total from “Event” post type, “Home Page Grid” category, sorted by Page Order (Menu).
This system works fine on my end, but for some reason will not update for the client when they make changes to the page order with the Post Types Order plugin we installed to do so. I’ve instructed them to clear the page/browser cache, check in an incognito window, etc. with no success, and I can’t replicate the issue myself.
So, kind of a long shot but I’m stumped—do you have any insight as to why that layout with the looper would not update for the client, if it has anything to do at all with the query or otherwise? (I suspect it’s something else on their end, but just trying to cover my bases here.)
Thanks!
Matt
