Looper double link

Hello - working with the Looper .csv beta and I’m getting a double link on import (ie. what cornerstone sees) https://www.alkemedia.com/cornerstone/edit/%E2%80%9Dhttp://www.structureworks.com%E2%80%9D
My csv input field is <a href=http://www.structureworks.com>LSC-6 2'P x 4'Wide</a>

Any help to make this stop would be appreciated.
