Loop with background lower layer

Hi,
I have a background lower layer video built in. Apparently, this works in the default setting only with loop. How can I disable the loop?

The background video was designed to loop. There is no option to control it. It is possible with custom development but that would be outside the scope of our support. You’ll need to consult with a web developer.
