Looking to transfer website to Wordpress and X Theme. Question on directory listings

Hi,

We’re about to completely overhaul current website as the current CMS is being discontinued.
I have a question on best business directory plugin you’d recommenced?

So far, Web 2.0 Directory plugin for WordPress (https://codecanyon.net/item/web-20-directory-plugin-for-wordpress/6463373) is my first choice. Any known issues with X?

Hello Isabelle,

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm for a plugin compatibility due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer. X is coded based on the Wordpress coding standard but we cannot confirm for other plugins unless they are on of the bundled and supported plugins with X which we do compatibility testing.

Thank you Jade. Developer does not list X or Cornerstone in their compatibility list. Left them a message.

By any chance, would you have any suggestions to create this listing/directory?

Hello Isabelle,

Regretfully, we can’t recommend because as you might already know, directory plugins vary in functions and interface so it is really the user who needs to test each individual plugins available and decide which one suits best for the project.
