Looking for Reading View Option for smartphone use

Hello,
I noticed when I get on Wikipedia (English version) using my smartphone - there are 4 lines that show up in the lefthand side of the browser - when you click on it - the screen gets larger. I love this feature and would like to apply it to my own website but cannot find it. Do you know what it is? Do you offer it? Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately that’s not a feature offered by Pro Theme and falls outside the scope of support we can offer as it will require custom development. You may get in touch with a developer for some professional help.
