Can I have someone take a look at my website…I have about 50-60 licenses with xtheme and having trouble with one of my website validating and therefore updating the theme etc…
I can provide credentials if someone can respond back on how to use that private box…thanks so much in advance with your help…

Thanks for writing in! You can only validate the X theme if you have installed it on your main site. At the moment, you are trying to validate the X theme in a subsite under your multi setup network. Please only validate the Main Site. You do not need to validate it if you have installed it to subsites. When updating, simply go to Network Admin > Sites and click the update.

Hi there, thanks for you explanation…is there anyway you could take a look at this? the main network admin on the website appears to be updated to the latest x theme update. However - one of the wpmu websites is not updating with the latest updates from the xtheme… the website for Mama’s Italian grill is not updating …but the main network admin site has the latest update…please see images below

With a Multisite setup, all updates of the theme and plugins can be done on the main site. There seems to be an issue in your installation because the X theme in the main site is 8.0.1 while in the subsite, it is only saying 6.2.5 which is impossible because the subsite uses the installed X theme from the main site. It is best that you update your X theme manually. Please check out this documentation to know how you can update the theme manually:
