I am looking for people with experience in ;
-setting up staging site
-seting up plugins such as Autoptimize, using all options that are possible
-setting up cloudfare

I am looking for somebody who enjoy s getting to the nitty gritty of eliminating render-blocking JavaScript, minifying and basically squeezing every ounce of performance.
