Long form 'article' plugin recommendation

Hi, I am trying to find a plugin which would allow me to create a handbook or long form type of article where there is a static menu on the side and breadcrumbs etc. Here is an example: https://askalmanac.com/articles/723/how-to-create-great-landing-pages
