Logout by clicking on anything related to Cornerstone

Hi folks. Everytime I try to edit a page by clicking “Edit with Cornerstone” WordPress kicks me out to the login screen with the URL

https://MYSITE.COM/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.MYSITE.COM%2Fx%2F&reauth=1#

Also by clicking on ANYTHING related to Cornerstone I will be locked out immediately… :frowning:

I read about some logout issues carefully and checked every single one, but I can’t find the solution.
Does anybody have (had) the same problem? Think I really need assistance this time…

Thanks for writing in!

Please be advised that we have released X 7.2.3 and Cornerstone 4.2.3. It is now available in automatic updates. You can now update to this latest version. This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And then please go to Settings > General, make sure that the Site URL and the WordPress Address URL is using the same url and protocol (https://). If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
