Logo not linking to correct page

Hi, folx.

This seems like an incredibly basic question, although it’s one that’s challenged me before.

I cannot get the logo of my website to link to my homepage; it insists on trying to go to a page that no longer exists.

I have the correct homepage designated in Customize:

But it doesn’t work. Each page on my site wants to go to https://reflectingrainbowtweensandteens.lgbt/home2/ when i click my logo. But they should all go to https://reflectingrainbowtweensandteens.lgbt/.

This happens in both Chrome and the WordPress.com desktop app. And it continued after i cleared the WordPress cache in Chrome.

I’ve been trying to figure this out for close to 2 hours with no success. Help!

I’ll follow up with my site’s login information so you have it if you need it.

Thanks for whatever insight you can provide.

Hi Shannon,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found teh issue you described here. It seems due to the cache, I would suggest you I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the System Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear System Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your isse. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

Thanks, @tristup!

I’ve worked through everything but a few of your suggestions that are above my skill level. However, i have someone helping me out on my site now and will have him check the things i can’t do. I’ll let you know what he finds out once he’s back after the new year.

Wishing you all a great winter holiday season!

Hello Shannon,
