How can I put the logo in the middle of the menu ?

You can accomplish what you have in mind by creating a custom header in Pro > Headers. Insert a bar with three containers. The first container will be for your first menu, the second one will be for the logo image and the last one is for the other menu. Of course, you can create the menus in Appearance > Menus.
