i need the logo of my website beeing faded in and out when scrolling. I also need the navigation bar beeing fixed on the top (that is not the problem).
I would like to assign this as a paid job to a developer. I could send you a link with an example as private message.
Can you help me with this?

I would highly recommend that you create a thread in the Peer to Peer Forum (https://theme.co/apex/forum/c/themeco/peer-to-peer) instead. This is where you can find the developers or users that accept paid customizations. There is also an X User Group on Facebook. It is a good place to meet developers also.
