My logo is not appearing at the top of the page. In Opera and Firefox this seems to be happening only in a private window. In Chrome it happens in both incognito window and regular.
Can you tell me why?

Hi there,
Your file is pointing to another domain that I posted in the Secure Note.
What you can do is go to X > Theme Options > Header then remove the current logo file set in Logo – Image then save the page and set the logo again.
