Login Redirects to Homepage

Hi,

Yesterday I was able to login using my normal method using login authentication via email.

Now I cannot login at all. I enter my login details and it just go’s to the homepage.

I’m pretty sure it’s not a hack as the login url hasn’t changed and site seems to be running ok.

I have deactivated all plugins to see if that works but still the same issue.

Please can I have some advice as to how to go about resolving the issue?

Thank you

Hi @timmer81,

Your site is not accessible at the moment showing the following error screen, can you please check once and send it again.

Thanks

What is your ip and I can login and unblock you from the DB

Hi @timmer81,

We are from different parts of the World and most of us have a dynamic IP so we can’t provide a specific IP address.
I would like to request you to remove the IP(s) restrictions or you can copy your live site to a staging server without IP restrictions, so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your site.

Thanks

How about now?

Hi @timmer81,

Your website is now opening but still not able to access the login URL and given CPanel URL.

Thanks

I’m so sorry. What error do you get when you access the cpanal and WordPress login?

Hi @timmer81,

Its shows the same error which shown is screenshot previous post.

Thanks

have you tried the new url as I had an auto correct which messed it up

Looked at lockouts and there isn’t any new ones?

Hi @timmer81,

Now the CPanel URL is accessible, but the given credentials does not work for it.

Thanks

Shall I reset password and give you a new one as I have tried what I sent and it works ok

Hi @timmer81,

It seems the credentials are now working.
It has been found that your WordPress installation has exactly 110 tables and exhausted all its MySQL usage. That might be a reason behind your issue.
Can you please delete/rename a few of the plugins from the wp-content/plugins folder and remove unused tables from the database and check once again. Or else you can contact your Hosting Service Provider to increase the MySQL usage.

If that does not help, I would request you to please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thanks
