Hi,
I have installed buddypress but i am not able to get the login part on the top right of the website. I am using the text editor.Please help.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I am not sure what you have in mind. Could you please clarify what would you like to do for the login part or where you want it display a login part? By default, there is no login form in the header. You may need to do a little customization to be able to do that.

I want a login button on the top right of the home page and other pages. Like most of the social media websites. And a “profile” button too, once you login.
Please help

Hey AJ,

Looks like you have done some modification in your Masthead. I see you don’t have a menu in there.

X has BuddyPress links integrated in X’s Masthead and they are Activity, Members and Profile.

It isn’t relevant to your case however because you don’t have a menu. What I see in your site is only a Superfly menu located at the top left. If you want to add BuddyPress links there, you will need to add them to your menu. See https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/buddypress-links-in-wordpress-menus/

If you’re looking to add those links at the top right of your site, regretfully, that will go beyond a simple customization. That would be outside the scope of our support. You will either need to customize X yourself or hire a third party web developer.

Hi, I understand what you’re saying. I can have Activity, Profile in the menu, that’s alright. But cant I get a login button somewhere ‘on’ the homepage (preferably top right) rather than inside the menu (can i even have that, though - login button inside the menu) ?
