Is there a way we can enable locked scrolling, where you start scrolling and it locks you down to the next section, rather than the continuous scrolling?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully there isn’t an option in X or Pro theme that enables your to locked the scrolling. You may want to check out 3rd party plugins that do that. You can start by looking out in the plugins repository: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/page+scroll/
