Lock user from changing template

Hello, I have set the rules for Editor to zero permission through Cornerstone in order not to accidentally touch anything,

However am I right assume that the Editor could still accidentally mess up the code shown in the image below in the editing panel. Is there a way to lock this so all the user can do is to fill the fields created through ACF but nothing else?

Thanks for reaching out.
If any changes are made in the content in the default editor as shown in the second screenshot, will mess up everything. Please remember that the content modified outside the Cornerstone, will not be available in the builder anymore.
