I am trying to locate a backup of a page that I created in X Theme. Where are the pages and posts that I create located in the file structure? The page that was created was deleted on the site and I will be using a backup that I saved offline.

In WordPress, posts and pages are stored in the database, not any of the files. You’ll need to download a database backup from your host to ensure everything is preserved.
