Locatin custom CSS

i have issue. as there is many places to put your CSS, sometime it is hard to locate it.

i hided menu in global CSS, after cornerstone and theme update cant find them. walked thru all pages, (it should be at global CSS) its not here. inspector tells that css is at ID=wp-custom-css

there should be option call all custom CSS writen in DB in one place. where in DB i can find that #wp-custom-css ?

found in DB, deleted. but there should be created tool to gather them all in one place, some kind custom CSS path weaver

Hi,

The CSS Locations depends on your purpose and preference

These are the CSS Locations

  1. Child theme’s style.css - wp-content/themes/x-child/style.css (Global CSS)
  2. Theme Options > CSS same as Appearance > Customize > Custom > Edit Global CSS (Global CSS)
  3. Cornerstone > CSS will only affect single page
  4. Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS - this feature was added by wordpress (Global CSS)

I suggest you put all Custom CSS in Theme Options > CSS
