I used wp-reset to wipe out my site back to default settings. I activated X Theme and verified purchase. I downloaded x package and chose x-zip to install but it said folder already exists and failed. Can you help me get Renew #9 re-loaded?

Thanks for writing in!
As you have mentioned you have activated the theme and validated the license. Again no need to upload the X-zip as already you have installed.
You need to install the demo content (Renew-9) to your setup.
Please go to X-> Validation select the demo you want to import from the drop down and click on setup button.
