Loading 'Glitch' with Pro

I use Pro as I love the layouts and the header and footer builders in particular but I am not so keen on Cornerstone so I use Thrive Architect for my page editor - I greatly admire and am very loyal to both companies

It all works well together however there is a little page loading Glitch that I am despartae to sort out. Nobody has picked this up until now and I have once Client with three sites that they this littel issue sorted on.

I think the issue is with Thrive Architect (I have also send this to their support of course) but I was hoping for some ideas from Theme.co around this issue and where I might look for a resolution.

Please see this 3min video walkthrough of the issue.

Hey John,

I see the issue you described and at a glance, I see that it happens because of the speed and order of loading of Thrive’s resources. The image loads first and then the styles.

But, we need to make sure that our theme is really not the cause of the issue. We can only do that by switching to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all third party plugins and seeing if the issue in your page persists. If it does, then we could safely say that it’s an issue with Thrive builder alone. If it’s fixed, then we need to investigate the issue further but still without third party plugins, especially optimization plugins.

Since it’s a live site, doing the said test will disrupt the operation of your client’s site so you will need to do the test yourself or copy your site to a staging server in order for us to troubleshoot without the risk of breaking your site.

Thank you for your cooperation.
