Since Validation isn’t an option once you upgrade to PRO how does one load ETHOS demo content?

I want to install the site the same as How do I install demo to match http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/. I found the demo install in X but don’t see the demo like How do I install demo to match http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/.
