Load more for recent_posts

Hi dears,

i have a page that is used to show recent posts as below:

[recent_posts count=“6” type=“post” category=“sport” orientation=“vertical”]

it works fine, but i need the ability to add a button to load more posts if user need to load the previous posts.

Please advice how can i do that?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by Recent Posts element. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. Or you can use a third party recent posts plugin that has that feature you need.

Another thing, recent posts element can only display up to 4 counts. If you need more than 4 you need to add another instance of recent posts element and offset with 4 so it start at the 5th latest posts.
