Is there anyway to turnoff pro editor so I can use optimizepress live editor for the pages originally created for that. Seems Pro editor wants to be the overriding editor, definitely a conflict with both theme abd optimize press plugin.
Hello There,
Thanks for writing in! Pro editor does not and will not override the editor. Please edit your page the normal WordPress editing way if you are not using Pro editor. It will not interfere with any other editors. One thing to keep in mind is that if the page is created with the editor, then it will be the default editor of that page. if you want to switch editor, you can also do that but then you won’t be able to edit back in Pro editor again.
If you want to restrict or remove the Pro editor please go to Pro > Settings > Allowed Post Types and completely remove any assigned post types.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.
