Lipscore Review unresponsive tab

Hi

We are using a review plugin called Lipscore. When trying to incorporate their review tabs in The Pro Theme they do not work. Here is an example

Trying this on another Theme it works fine.

To summarise

1.Have updated all current plugins
2.Have the latest version of the theme
3.Disabled Cloudflare (no change)
4.Disabled all other plugins (no change)
5.Checked any CSS & JS code for errors (all fine)

Any ideas on why the two product tabs are non responsive?

It seems like that the issue is with the 3rd party plugin. Regretfully, we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins. I would suggest you contact the plugin author in this case.

Hi Maria,

We really don’t have tested this plugin with the theme and not even received any compatibility issue with it till now. Although we can’t guarantee a fix we’ll be interested to know why our theme is causing such issues you described if proven. To make sure that is our theme related issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot few common issues:

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hello Maria,

I tried to access your site, it is asking for popup login details before going into the WordPress login page. Please share your popup login details as well or disable the security plugin and let us know.

Thank you for the credentials, yes this is a plugin conflict issue, regretfully, we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins. I would suggest you contact the plugin author in this case.

Ok thanks we will look into it more. Strange that it works on every other theme though with no problems.

There might be something which is conflicting, the plugin author might be the right person who can assist you on this. Please let us know the feedback from them.
