I don’t see any target="_blank" attribute in the HTML structure of your button. The target="_blank" attribute is the one who will tell the browser to open the link in the new tab. Would you mind sharing your credential so that we can check the back-end setup? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

- Admin level username and password

I have tested your page in Chrome and Firefox. The button links now open in a new tab window on my browser. Upon inspecting the code, the target="_blank" is also present.
Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test the page again.
