Links hover color not responding to changes thru. dashboard

Hello there, I have changed my hover color through the Dashboard from a dark to white, but it’s not showing up. I have checked my custom CSS and do not see anything that would override it. Any ideas on where else I could check?

If you hover over a menu option or the email in the footer, you’ll it’s still dark.

Hi,

For your menu, you can change the hover color under Theme Options > Header > LINKS – TEXT

oh okay! I see now - it’s actually part of the navigation instead of “footer” per se? Thanks a lot!
