Is there a way to link an image on a staging site that will crossover to the live site? For example, I’m having to place the domain name inside a link to the media which will break when I launch on the live domain and have to be relinked with the new domain. Is there a way to link media files that will crossover seamlessly when pushing development site live?

Thanks for writing in! That should not be the case if you are using the staging platform of your hosting provider. There should be a feature there that when you push your changes in the staging to the production site, the image URL updates automatically. And if it not the case, you can also manually update those image URLs by using a Search and Replace plugin.
