the client site is not appearing in the serps. Search console said links are not crawlable. How can I delete this so it is a non issue?

It is not very clear about the issue you are pointing out. But the content is coming from the Scroll Top Anchor, you can try deactivating the option from Theme Options as shown in the given screenshot.

Sorry for the confusion. Your info was what I am lookng for.
Google through search console is flagging a number of issues. Sadly this one is a great feature but according to google that “link” is no good.
Ideally I’d like to keep that top nav as it is and just modify that “link” but your suggestion is good. I’ll test and see what happends.
