Links and buttons do not work on mobile devices

Hi,

The site works fine on desktop but anything with a touch screen, the buttons and links no longer work. e.g. the menu links don’t do anything. The buttons to book events don’t do anything.

Hi Jack,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website on the touch screen mobile devices, and it seems working fine. The Book Ticket button, which appears on hover in desktop will appearing by the press and hold the image of the event, and able add that into the cart.
If that is not the case, and you are trying to point out something else, please provide us a few more information like a screenshot marked with the issue or any video that shows the problem your facing.

Thanks for getting back to me!

Okay so it seems like it works fine in Firefox mobile. Chrome android however. No links are clickable. Clickable items e.g. link and images get highlights when pressed but nothing happens. On the menu in Chrome android you have to double tap.

Hi Jack,

It works everywhere, and the links work properly too, but it does not show any notification that might be the reason for confusion. I have checked all the leading browsers and mobile devices and the result was the same.
If you are seeing something different, please provide us the screenshot marked with the issue or any video that describes the issue, it helps us to recognize the problem.

Hi thank you so much for checking. However here is a video of my Samsung galaxy note 10 using Chrome 87. It works fine on Firefox on the same phone.

I suggest that you should clear the cache of your browser because I also test your website on my Android phone and they are just working fine.
