Linking to a Section of a Page

I am trying to link from the scheduling page to a section on the faqs and policies page. I have named the heading I want to link to and entered the code to link it. When I click the link it still goes to the top of the page.

Thanks for writing in!

To resolve your issue, please do this:

1.) Please edit your FAQs and Policy page in Pro editor. Click on the section container the “Privacy Policy”, find the Customize tab in the section settings and then insert a unique section ID privacy.
2.) In your Scheduling page, the link would be this:

http://www.lilaccitymassage.com/faqs-policies#privacy
