Linking an Image Not an Option for Image Element

With the image link element, I’m not able to see a way to make an image a link.

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you have disabled the “Advanced Mode”. I would suggest you set the “Advanced Mode” as “ON” for that you need to go to the Cornerstone page builder—>Click on the hamburger icon—>Prefreance -->Advanced Mode.

In case if it doesn’t work for you, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Exact page URL
