Link works for desktop but not mobile

Hi. Looks like most of my links on all the pages work on desktop but not on mobile.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your homepage and some inner pages in couple of mobile devices and the links are working fine on my end. Can you please specify which link is causing the issue? Perhaps providing some screenshots would be very helpful.

In the mean time, please check for the following first:

  1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  2. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  3. DISABLING CACHE
  4. DISABLING CDN

I’m using galaxy samsung s20+ and Chrome. None of the links work on the page.

Hi Ahmed,

I would suggest you troubleshoot by deactivating the plugins one by one till the issue resolved, the last plugin that resolves the problem is the reason behind the issue.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
