Link to PDF not working

Hi,
I can not get the link “prefer a paper copy” on this page to work.

The link info seems correct but it just won’t open.
Please can you assist.

I checked your given page URL it seems that the PDF link is working fine at my end. It might be the issue of the browser cache at your end. I would suggest you please your browser cache and then check it again.
