Link to ID tag not working

I am trying to link to a button to a DIV ID so that on click it will jump to that specific section of the page. This is not functioning on Chrome or Firefox, but works fine in Safari and IE. Please assist, this was working a few weeks ago.

This could be causing the problem.

Please check your Custom JS if you missed something or closing or opening in the code. You can test the script if it is incorrect by removing the script code then check again your onepage navigation.
