Link to a section id doesnt seem to be working

Hi there,

I read other articles here to add a link to a section of another page.

I named the section: section-buyers

and in the HREF of the button I want to link it to
HREF: http://test.foodmesh.ca/#section-buyers

Is this not correct?

Thanks for writing in!

To make your link to work, the “section-buyers” must be added as an ID of the section.

Hi there,

The given credentials are incorrect, I already tried different combination and no luck. Plus, where did you add the ID section-buyers? I can’t find it anywhere. To link that button, there should be a section or element that has that ID.

Thank you for the clarification, so the section is on a different page. Your button HREF should be https://test.foodmesh.ca/features-2/#section-buyers

not http://test.foodmesh.ca/#section-buyers nor #section-buyers
