Link to a certain page location from an external url

Good Morning X Support,

I have read through many topics but what I need to know if it iOS possible to do is.

I already have one page navigation set up and it is working perfectly!

What I need is to link to a specific section on the homepage from an external url, so to be clear from external to one of my already set up sections of my existing one page navigation website.

Can this be done?

If you want to link from a page to your homepage that would land on a certain section, you can make use of the section IDs as the anchor. Your link would be something like this http://example.com/#section-id.
