Link Title Attribute Missing in Back End

I’m trying to add title to my menu, but when I try and edit the menu (Appearance > Menus > click on the down arrow next to the item I want to edit) there is ‘Navigation Label’ and then ‘Graphical Display’, the ‘Title Attribute’ is missing. I am using pro headers is this the cause? How to I add the ‘title attribute’? Site is https://williamgarvey.co.uk

You will have to enable it first under Screen Options:

Thanks for your response. I don’t have that as an option in screen options.

You will have to go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus first to get those options under Screen Options.
