Link ScrollTo and Sticky Header Issue

Trying to use the sticky header feature, but this is incompatible with the smooth ScrollTo implementations in the JavaScript files in both x.js and cs-classic.7.7.7.js. Can you please take a look at the JavaScript that intercepts # anchor tags and scrolls the page? We’d like to be able to use the sticky header without having links jumping behind the header.

Also, debugging this issue was pretty difficult, due to the minified JavaScript provided in the release. Is it possible for you to provide un-minified JavaScript in your next release, so that programmers needing to troubleshoot can have an easier time?

I’m looking for the recommeded method to adjust to alow an anchor tag, such as on this page: https://www.acumed.net/procedures/#cmfneuro to scroll to the correct position when used. Ever since inplementing “sticky headers”, every anchor on any page seems to scroll past the desired anchor tag position. Is there a best-practices solution for this issue, either by using CSS, JS, or some combination of the two?
