Link Problem with Author Page

Hi,
Can you please tell me why my author pages are not working? Do I have a theme setting disabled because the display as page not found.

Please advise!

Hey @quituck,

The example.com/author directory is really non-existent. Your specific author page works (see secure note). I wonder if it worked previously though and if it works using the default WordPress theme as it does not in my test sites. The /author directory does not exist out of the box.
