Link in text to other websites

I feel like this is such a noob question but, alas, here we are. I’m trying to link simple text to an outside website, opening a new page in the process. I have no idea how to do this after searching the forums…I appreciate any help with what I hope is a simple issue. Thanks much!

If you are using Cornerstone to design the layout of pages in text element you just need to toggle the WYSIWYG editor to see insert link button. To help you get started I have recorded a screencast. https://cl.ly/2e3I1Q0H2V0C
