Link doesn't jump to section of page

Hi,
I want to direct visitors after a click on the button
to a specific part of the website. I use eg. #x-section-8 for it. But it doesn’t work. What error am I making?

Hi Nimue,

Instead of using the theme’s generated id(x-section-13), I suggest you add your own unique id to your sections. Then you link to it using that id.
