Link card to section on another page

Hi team,

I am hoping you are able to help me with linking my card elements on my home page here:

http://scarboroughchiro.naomipearce.com/home/

(you will see the card elements chriopractic, holistic health, maternity and aged care)

And I am wanting the link on the back of the card to link to each individual section over on the services page:

http://scarboroughchiro.naomipearce.com/services/

You will see I have created different sections for each individual service, I have also given each section a category id.

This is as far as I’ve gotten and then have become really confused. Hoping you can help me with this.
