Line items appear differently on Desktop and Mobile

I’m not sure why things are showing differently on desktop vs mobile:

You can see that while on mobile, the three navy/red/blue lines appear perfectly under the header - the gray line is for showing what’s going on in desktop mode.
On desktop, those lines disappear and the gray line appears perfectly under the header. The gray line has the top margin set to 10px in order to show on desktop.

I’d like the three lines to show up correctly on desktop like they do on mobile.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! You are not seeing the navy/red/blue lines in desktop screens because it is behind the header. This usually happens when you set a smaller minimum height and not the actual height of the header. To resolve this issue, please go to X > Theme Options > Header > Navbar and make sure to increase the “Navbar Top height” to at least 95 pixels.
