Line Element not displaying anything

I am trying to add the line element in cornerstone, and the line does not display for some reason.

Please ensure that you have set the width height and color for the line. In case it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. • Admin-level username and password
• Exact Page URL
