Limited selection of skins available in Ess. Grid

For some reason I only have a small selection of skins available in essential grid.

they are meant to offer 25 skins and I only have about 10.

I am just trying to show an excerpt of the article that stays visible not just visible on hover and it looks like that isn’t available within the skins that are offered.

help please!

Hey @laura,

Regretfully, ThemePunch reduced the number of skins lately most probably because they now have a Premium Template Library which is only available for Standalone Essential Grid license holders.

What you can do is to create your own skin using the Item Skin Editor. To learn how to use that, please see https://www.themepunch.com/essgrid-doc/item-skin-editor/

while were on the topic of ess. grid would you also happen to know how i can change it to show most recent posts instead of piling them into a random order?

Just note that if you’re using the Masonry grid, you might see a different order. That will be because the Masonry grid displays items based on their size.

If you have more questions about the Essential Grid, please open a separate thread for each as mixing topics in one thread often lead to confusion.
