From Theme>Cuztomizer you get a live view of the site with the stack, typography, etc… Is there a way to restrict a certain user role from viewing one or more of those options. For example I do not want user role “restricted” to access the Stack option of the customizer but they can use the rest of the customizer. Is this possible?

Unfortunately this is not option available out of the box with X. It could be possible with custom develop0ment but would be out of the scope of our support.
